Do not send health details, a PIN, or an export file. Email is not covered by the lock on the phone, and we do not need those to answer.

I forgot my PIN

The data cannot be recovered. That is the design. On the lock screen, Forgot PIN explains that there is no recovery, and Wipe & start over deletes what is on that phone and lets you begin again. We cannot do this for you, and neither can the store.

Switching phones

Your logs stay on the old phone. They are not in iCloud or Google Drive, and the app cannot move the encrypted database to a new phone yet. Set SheWolf up again on the new phone.

Settings → Export all data can hand a plain JSON file to another app through the share sheet. That file is not encrypted. SheWolf cannot import it. It is not a way to reopen the vault on another phone. If you save it in email or a drive, that copy is outside the app.

How to delete everything

Settings → Wipe all data permanently deletes the cycles, logs, and predictions stored on that device, along with the sealed key and any export files still in the app's cache. There is no recovery.

Forgot PIN → Wipe & start over on the lock screen does the same kind of wipe. Uninstalling the app removes what the app stored on that phone. None of these delete a copy you already shared or saved somewhere else. There is no SheWolf account to close and no server copy to erase.
