A period tracker
Fuck the
patriarchy.
Your cycle stays on your phone. Not with us. Not with the state. Not with an ex. Not with an ad network.

From us
Two of us build this. One of us does most of the making. We are not putting our names, our faces, or where we live on a site about keeping a record private.
SheWolf is the app we wanted and could not find: a period tracker with no account, no cloud copy, and no one to sell the log to. You choose a PIN. The app uses it to seal a random key, and that key locks a database that never leaves the phone. We never see the PIN, the key, or the database.
If you forget the PIN, the data is gone. We cannot get it back. A reset for you would be a door for someone else.

The deal
- Stays hereYour data stays on your phone.
- No accountNo sign-in. No email. No profile.
- No cloudNot in iCloud. Not in Google.
- No trackingNo ads. No analytics. Nothing sold.
How the lock works
- You choose a PIN, 6 to 8 digits. The app stretches it with Argon2id and uses that to seal a random key. The PIN itself is not saved.
- What you log is written only into an encrypted database on that phone. The sealed key sits in the iOS Keychain or the Android Keystore, marked to stay on that device.
- The file is left out of iCloud and Google backups. There is no SheWolf server holding a copy. Privacy and security are the precise version.
What we will not pretend
- This is not contraception and not medical advice. A forecast can be wrong. You can log flow, symptoms, mood, notes, and a temperature if you want. You can say you are tracking, or trying to conceive. There is no mode for avoiding pregnancy, and we will not dress a prediction up as birth control.
- This is not a clinic, a legal aid desk, or a pile of articles. Settings in the app shows three phone numbers. It does not open their websites. A page we do not control can track you. A call does not pass through us. The numbers are on Support.
- The code is not public. Do not treat this page as an audit. The database cannot move to a new phone yet. Export is a plain file you choose to share, and the app cannot import it.
Who it's for
You. Onboarding asks how the app should refer to you: she, he, they, or prefer not to say. Unless you choose she, the name inside the app is Wolf. This site stays SheWolf.
You can also make the app look ordinary until it is unlocked. We do not describe those disguises here. Naming them would teach someone what to look for.
Buy us a coffee
SheWolf is free. No ads, no investors, and we sell nothing. Any amount helps keep it that way. You do not owe us one.

or sponsor us on GitHub (coming soon)
Ko-fi and GitHub Sponsors are separate services. Each has its own privacy policy. Donating on either one has no connection to the app or to your data. We still never see your logs, your PIN, or your phone.
The rest of that pitch is on the coffee page. It is not tax-deductible. Lupercalia LLC is a company, not a charity.
